Right of Revocation
If you are a consumer, you are entitled to revoke the contract concluded with an Artist on the port of art platform. The revocation must be declared to the Artist that sold the Artwork to you and not to port of art. You are a consumer, if you are a person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly outside your trade, business or profession. You will be informed in detail about your revocation right during the sales process.
